Page 1

Welcome to the Onzuka Brothers Hall of Fame! We were fortunate enough to meet and train with many high level grapplers and tried to catch a photo or two of us with them. We have also included some photos of our travels to various tournaments such as the Pan American Jiu-Jitsu Championships and the World Championship of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu otherwise known as the Mundial and various other trips that we have taken that relates to Jiu-Jitsu or was with our friends from Jiu-Jitsu. We hope that these pages load quickly for the dial up users and we also hope that you enjoy checking these pictures out as much as we enjoyed taking them.

1992-1994
Various Pictures

(L-R) Relson, Mike, Rickson, Chris, Romolo
This was taken after day one of a Rickson seminar in Hawaii in 1993. Day one was gi and day two was no gi.

One of Relson's parties in 1993 at the Kalani High School house. If you have never been to a party at this house, you don't know what partying is. Everyone was drunk and had a blast! At least one dumb guy got his arm hyper extended down on the garage mats at every party.

Rickson Seminar Group picture in 1992 (day 2 was no gi). As you can see, Rickson seminars always was very popular.

(L-R): Mike, Rickson, Chris
This is a picture of us with Rickson after day two of the seminar where he spars with everyone there. Rickson submitted us at least three times a piece on this day. He never got tired, no matter how many guys he sparred with.

Rickson in a north-south position on Chris during one of the sparring matches.

Chris trying to recover guard on Rickson during the same match. That's one good thing about Rickson, he would actually let you play to show you how good he was.

Rickson in Mike's guard.

Right after the picture on the left, Mike went for a footlock on Rickson and got it in deep. Somehow (still don't know), Rickson ate it and went for Mike's foot. You get one guess who tapped first. Hint, Rickson's still undefeated.

A small group picture with Professor Helio when he visited in 1994. Romolo Barros, Professor Helio, Relson in the background.

The four horsemen (yeah, we didn't know how to count) with Relson and Professor Helio Gracie.
Back Row (L-R): Chris, Relson, Professor Helio, Dr. Eric Moon.
Front Row: Mike, Wes Nakahodo, Ian Beltran, Rex Barnum
